Kurio. Case Study: Creating a McDonald's in the Currency Exchange Industry
Client: Leading network of exchange offices in Odessa.
Problem: A technological impasse. An outdated legacy solution, chaos in Telegram chats for booking amounts, manual exchange rate management on TV, and cashiers working twice (entering data into two systems simultaneously).
Our Solution: A Unified Digital Ecosystem
We replaced disparate tools with a monolithic system that united everyone: from the cashier to the collector and top management.
Course automation: We developed a TV panel control system. The exchange rate is updated automatically every 30 seconds based on the currency balance in the register. No manual adjustments.
Smart Call Center: We replaced the chaos of Telegram with a CRM with reservations. Cashiers see only their own reservations in the interface, completely eliminating the cognitive load and the risk of forgetting a customer.
Electronic receipt and logistics: Instant receipt generation functionality has been implemented. We've eliminated paperwork and manual entry of cashier data.
Seamless integration: We set up automatic data transfer to external accounting systems (in accordance with regulator requirements), eliminating 100% of double data entry.
The logo consists of four circles arranged in an ascending perspective in letter K manner. The design symbolizes coins, directly reflecting the fintech theme, while the upward progression represents growth and continuous development.
