Client: Lightek is the #1 importer of lighting and sound equipment in Ukraine.

Task: Transform a closed dealer account into an open ecosystem: a modern online store + mobile apps + maintaining complex B2B logic.

Omnichannel approach: Development of web platform and mobile applications on React Native. Lightek became the first trendsetter in its niche with its own mobile software.

Warehouse as a CMS: We implemented an architecture where content, pricing, and inventory management are handled directly from the warehouse software. This eliminated the need for duplicate content management staff.

Dynamic Pricing: An algorithm for instant price recalculation based on exchange rate fluctuations has been implemented. No more manual price adjustments.

SEO from scratch: Since the client had no experience in retail, we laid the foundation for search engine optimization, which allowed the brand to immediately achieve top rankings for target queries.
